Waka Kōrero
Waka Kōrero is a reo Māori revitalisation programme that takes place on a waka journey - ko te akomanga te waka, ko te waka te akomanga. Taking our learning outdoors, we use and learn our reo in connection with one another, the whenua and the moana around us.
Built on a foundation of whanaungatanga, this is an immersion programme suitable for all abilities, levels and ages. Waka Kōrero runs during the school term on Thursdays out of Kaiteretere, 10am - 2pm. However, we are also available for whānau, kaupapa and iwi bookings at a time that suits you.
