About this opportunity 
Te Ātiawa o Te Waka-a-Māui Trust has a bedsit unit available at 23 Buller Street. The Trust is inviting expressions of interest from whānau of Te Ātiawa o Te Waka-a-Māui who are looking for a warm, secure place to call home. This is a residential tenancy governed by the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. A standard tenancy agreement will apply. 

Who can apply 
You must be a registered member of Te Ātiawa o Te Waka-a-Māui to be considered. The Trust will verify membership before assessing any application. You do not need to own your own home or have a perfect rental history to apply. If you have questions about whether you are eligible, please get in touch before the closing date.

What happens after you apply 
All applications will be assessed against the selection criteria. If more than one eligible application is received, the Trust will select the applicant who best meets the criteria, taking into account housing need, ability to meet rent obligations, tenancy history, and fit with the existing tenancy environment. All applicants will be notified of the outcome in writing. The successful applicant will be contacted to arrange a viewing and sign a tenancy agreement.
