A new company is being formed to develop inshore marine aquaculture on a large scale for 8 equal shareholders.
A consultancy role for 3 months requiring:
Preparation of key company foundational documentation and processes, analyse potential investment opportunities, and support the Board and external accountant during this set up phase.
- Board foundation documents – Delegation/Authorities, Risk Management Framework
- Board agenda, paper preparation, minutes
- Liaison with external accountants re accounting set up
- Prepare detailed FY19 Business Plan and Financial projections
- Convert a cashflow model into an investment model
- Analysis of options to participate in industry
Knowledge of aquaculture industry operations is necessary.
