Is expanding the Waitohi Domain Truck Stop a good idea? He aha ōu whakaaro? We are happy to receive feedback or questions on anything related to te taiao, safety, transport, town planning, and parking – that sort of thing.
At Waitohi Domain, the ground is now covered in heavily compacted gravel as a result of the iREX Project, and Marlborough District Council have let us know there is an opportunity to convert more of the domain into truck parking.
The current truck park is designed to take 26 truck-and-trailer units. Additional areas could be used to double this capacity for truck parking in Picton.
